Quantity Surveyor - High-End Residential – South West London   A London-based developer of bespoke, super-prime residential properties is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.   With over two decades of experience, the company has built a formidable reputation for exceptional design and uncompromising quality, creating unique properties with remarkable attention to detail. They are looking to add a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to their growing team of over thirty skilled professionals.   Role Overview: The Quantity Surveyor will oversee bespoke residential developments in London and the South of France. This is an office-based role in South West London, with occasional site visits across London and in the South of France.   Quantity Surveyor Role: This unique position will see you as the sole surveyor for the company, reporting directly to the owner. You will need to be flexible, forward-thinking, pragmatic, and adaptable, working closely with various departments including Directors, Procurement/Buyers, Architects, the Head of Design, and Project/Site Teams.   Key Responsibilities: Valuations Estimating Cost Reporting Tender and contract documents CVRs Bills of Quantities Mitigate commercial risks Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor Experience in high-end, prime, or super-prime residential properties is preferred Background in working with a developer Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team management experience Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is ideal What’s in it for you?
