Field Sales Trainee

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Field Sales Trainee to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of light metal construction solutions and access products. Duties & Responsibilities: * The Field Sales Trainee will be responsible for joining a sales academy to build experience and knowledge. * Maintaining and developing sales within existing and new accounts in the territory. * Developing relationships with DIY and trade customers. * Shadowing, training and meetings to build knowledge and experience. * Follow up and converting leads. * Attending trade shows and networking events. * Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, utilising Sales-force. Experience & Skills needed: * This is a entry level sales role, suitable for someone early on in their career and wanting to take the next step into a role with huge progression opportunities. * Excellent motivation and organisation skills. * A proactive sales approach. * Excellent communication and relationship building skills. * Able to travel. In return: * Basic salary starting at £24k, rising to £26k. * Bonus, £28k OTE. * Company car and fuel card. * Remote, flexible, field based role. * 25 days holiday a year, and company pension
