Managing Quantity Surveyor - Oxfordshire We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Managing Quantity Surveyor on schemes in and around Oxfordshire & Berkshire. Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to £100million+. Job role: Managing Quantity Surveyor Salary: £90,000 - £105,000 + package (DOE) Duration: Permanent Location: Oxfordshire & surrounding area Managing Quantity Surveyor responsibilities: Providing commercial support to project team and maintaining commercial information. Monitoring and measuring budget and preparing final accounts. Identifying hazards that could affect the project. Managing applications for payment from subcontractors.Managing Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills: Strong communication skills Experience working for a Subcontractor Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role Planned maintenance experience Knowledge of construction and commercial awarenessTo apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you
