Private Sector Housing Officer

A Surrey based Local Authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer! Did you know, Surrey is officially England's most densely-wooded county! For this role, you'll be required to have experience in: 🏡Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints. 🏡 Investigating HMO's. 🏡 Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations. 🏡 Great knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.
