PMO Lead

Global FX & Payments company based in the City of London, are looking to recruit a PMO Lead, to support their exciting expansion plans. The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of proactive support to the project manager(s) and team, to enable the delivery of change across the full project lifecycle. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Programme Management.Main responsibilities will include;Support with designing and implementing a comprehensive PMO framework, including standardised processes, methodologies, and templates.Maintaining project management best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.Regular interaction with Executive Committee to support the successful execution of key projectsCollaboration with external and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, Collaborating with internal teams to identify resource gaps and implement strategies. Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure high standard project deliverables.Identifying and assessing project risks, developing risk mitigation plans, and monitoring implementation. Conducting regular project audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
