We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to support our regional Marketing Manager, working closely with our sales and account management teams, with focus on developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow our UK, US, Canada and Middle East business and expand our footprint on existing accounts.
This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days (Tues to Thurs) in our Abingdon-based head office.
The role is responsible for creating highly focused marketing campaigns with an appropriate communication mix to build awareness, create demand, and win new business.
Specific activities will include writing content including blogs and social media posts to maximise engagement, developing email campaigns and preparing customer newsletters, organising in-person and online events, preparing campaign reports, liaising with designers and event organisers and managing the marketing Hubspot database.
We welcome applications from candidates with either a degree-level qualification in a relevant subject and minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing role or 2-3 years’ B2B marketing experience. Experience of digital marketing and account-based marketing will be an advantage.
We are looking for applicants with creativity, strong communication and excellent analytical and copywriting skills. You will be able to plan, prioritise and execute multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
Core Responsibilities of this role include:
- Planning: Developing campaign plans to support marketing goals in the UKIUSCAN region.
- Content marketing – working with the wider Achilles team of ESG and Carbon experts to develop impactful content that drives market engagement and our SEO performance.
- Events: Planning and executing events under the Achilles Live brand and managing Achilles attendance at relevant third-party events as required (round tables, conferences, breakfast meetings, webinars) to achieve marketing goals.
- Campaign reporting: Reviewing and adjusting plans and activities to achieve maximum impact and measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals.
- Project and budget management: Working to agreed timescales and within agreed budget limits.
