They specialise in navigating the complexities of planning approvals, strategic land use, and urban design across residential, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure sectors. Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant Working towards MRTPI or Chartered Previous relevant experience. A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications - residential / renewables ideally.
