Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Offenham, Worcestershire.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance across our production lines. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work with a variety of modern machinery, PLC systems, and other high-spec equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on a variety of equipment Conduct fault-finding diagnostics and repairs to minimize downtime Assist in the continuous improvement of machinery and maintenance procedures Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth, efficient operations Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards Qualifications and Skills
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or FMCG environment Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities What We Offer
