ROLE


The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategies globally. This position focuses on strengthening GHF’s global branding, driving digital marketing initiatives, and supporting sales efforts through coordinated marketing campaigns and events. The role involves managing external vendor relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the company’s global objectives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Lead the production of advertising materials, brochures, and other promotional content to support global marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the development, localisation, and distribution of marketing materials to ensure brand consistency across regions.
  • Drive the execution of global marketing strategies, aligning initiatives across regions to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Plan and manage high-profile marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and digital webinars.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and industry bodies to ensure high-quality marketing output and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and update website content, track performance metrics, and optimize digital presence based on analytics.
  • Manage and execute online and social media campaigns to increase global brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs and promotions to support business objectives and product launches.
  • Maintain the corporate style guide to ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, from content collection to printing and distribution.
  • Manage corporate branding initiatives, including promotional gifts and corporate merchandise.
  • Create compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Partner with vendors and exchanges to produce engaging videos and webinars for marketing and thought leadership.


Sales Alignment and Support:

  • Collect, analyse, and track sales leads generated from marketing events and campaigns to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure marketing strategies complement and support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize data for weekly and monthly sales reports, providing actionable insights for sales leadership.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate information is available for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Plan and organize client entertainment events, such as dinners and hospitality, to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing travel arrangements, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
