Land Acquisition Manager / Land Manager – Onshore Wind (Scotland) Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity available on behalf of a top tier IPP company who are active across the UK and Europe, for Land Acquisition Manager for onshore wind projects across Scotland and England. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage land acquisition efforts for onshore wind farms in Scotland and Northern England. Secure project sites, including land use rights, road access, and transmission routes on both private and public lands. Ensure all land rights documentation is complete, including the proper registration of property rights between landowners, tenants, agents, and the company. Finalize security over land rights for any financing arrangements the company undertakes. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Project Team or direct manager.
