Product Owner, circa 2 years experience within Product Ownership, Scheduling/ Rota software , HR Tech, Work Force Management , HR Tech, SaaS, Agile, working with QA/ Testers and Engineer's.
A SaaS company specialising in HR Tech/ Workforce Management firm are looking for a Product Owner with around 2 years commercial experience as a PO for a hybrid role in London.
*****The role requires Scheduling or rota software experience - WFM or HCM experience*****
Looking for....
1- A Product Owner who will liaise with Product, Development, Delivery and Design, to manage and maintain a product backlog and prioritise what gets built, in order to amplify return on investment and drive business growth, while retaining existing customer satisfaction.
2- Be responsible for scoping and testing in collaboration with the QA and Product team, and take responsibility for fully understanding all elements of the features that they are building, within a cross-functional agile development team and for managing the delivery of those features.
3- Be flexible to learn and adjust to how they implement Agile while also bringing your own ideas to the table to enhance the way the development teams work.
The role..
Ensures that everyone knows what is on the backlog and what the priorities are.
Understand complex requirements, describe features, and breakdown epics into user stories, in a way that can be easily understood by developers and other members of the team.
Manage the allocation and daily flow of work into a team of 8 in-house developers.
Specify acceptance criteria for each user story when needed.
Execute UAT for all cases and features, as part of their definition of done.
Lead planning, refinement and retrospectives as part of a successful Scrum team.
Communicate progress with stakeholders from the Product team and the wider business
