Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will be responsible for the implementation of food safety management systems and ensure compliance with regulatory, certification and customer requirements, ensuring the highest standards of quality across site. Recognised for their innovative products, they have a significant global presence and pride themselves on their commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Description The Quality Manager will hold a key position on the site's senior leadership team and will: Lead and manage the quality assurance, control, and improvement programmes across site Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures Monitor regulatory activities and factory compliance with regulatory safety standards Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met Oversee the investigation of quality issues and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality Provide training and support to staff regarding quality management Create and present quality reports to senior management Implement product specification systems and drive continuous improvement Lead site auditsProfile The successful Quality Manager should have: Proven experience in a quality management role within the FMCG industry (ideally food or similar) Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures Strong leadership and team management skills Collaborative approach and with ability to influence Ability to make decisions under pressure Solid problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in RCA and implementing corrective actionsJob Offer A competitive salary in the range of c.£60,000 An attractive benefits package, including a 5% pension contribution, upto 10% bonus, and private health care A supportive and collaborative working environment that fosters professional development An opportunity to be part of a leading company in the FMCG industry.If you are an experienced Quality Manager looking for a new challenge in the FMCG industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
