Estimator Based in Middlesbrough (Office/Site based working) £40,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits This an excellent role for an Estimator looking to work for a specialist in steel framing systems offering extensive training and progression up to Senior Estimator & Commercial Manager. They are currently going through a remarkable period of growth with a strong order book, so are now hiring a few Estimators to join their close-knit commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out several duties including: Logging inquiries, producing quotes, budgeting, preparing proposals, and effectively communicating with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontract labour. This is an office-based role in Middlesbrough with occasional site travel & some WFH. The ideal candidate will have experience in an Estimating role working on construction projects, ideally within Steel framing, Drylining, Cladding, or Facades. You will be a self-starter and enjoy working independently and as a team in a busy environment.
