We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Room Reservations Agent to join our team and support both Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming reservation inquiries for both properties via phone, email, and online booking systems with efficiency and professionalism. Accurately input and manage guest bookings in our property management systems. Provide detailed information about room rates, packages, and promotions to potential guests. Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance guest experiences at both hotels. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions for both locations. Resolve guest issues and concerns with a positive and solutions-oriented approach. Assist in maintaining and updating reservation records and databases. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Salary:
