Client relations and video host - Estate Agency

Well presented, energetic, professional person wanted for a new high end estate agency in Chigwell, Essex.

Duties are varied and so the role requires someone dynamic. The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Presenting skills. A drama background would be useful.
• Well presented. You will feature in property listing and social media videos so you must come across well on camera.
• Good people skills. Part of your duties will be to welcome potential sellers and buyers when they visit our office.
• Good telephone manner. You'll be responsible for answering the phones when the rest of the team are on the phone or out of the office
• Good with social media. You'll be required to use your skills and experience to help us grow our social media followers and come up with ideas for creative content
• We also hold art exhibitions three to four times a year at our office in Chigwell and you will be required to help us host them
