Project Estimator

Position Overview: As the Project Estimator, you will be responsible for updating the existing NSR (Non - Standard requirement) system and provide estimates of all bespoke project work to the commercial manager. Key responsibilities for this role are: Prepare cost budgets and estimates for new contracts. Keep existing contracts up to date, including making amendments, providing new cost estimates, and maintaining communication with all relevant Project Development Managers Adhere to standards and guidelines when analysing and providing estimates; focus on maximising customer satisfaction, the highest quality and value for money while minimising and potential risk to the company. Prepare detailed, well written specifications for each contract which is sent out to our clients. Work closely with the commercial manager and design team to help with development, innovation and creativity on clients projects. Keep detailed records of all estimation documents, including site assessments and contract terms. Prepare and submit financial documentations. Ensure health and safety is considered the priority in the design process. The successful Project Estimator will hold: A full UK driving Licence Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills Experience with estimating/quality surveying in this field of work.
