Freelance Site Manager (12 Month Contract)

My client is a growing main contractor who are going to commence a £20m New Build Leisure Centre at the end of November/Early December. My client is looking for a capable site manager with good general contracting experience to work for the duration of the project. The Project and Role Reporting directly into a Project Manager, the Site Manager will work from early stages of the scheme which will include substantial civil/earthworks through to the main build which will include. * Multi Level Steel Frame Facility * Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool * Gym / Sports Facilities * Car Parking * MUGA Sports Pitches * Cafe/Spa Requirements * Loyal, Commited and Hardworking individual who can committ for the duration of the project * Proven Track Record of working on projects of a similar value/nature from cradle to grave with strong all round package experience * Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid * Acces to a Car/ Full UK Driving Licence Start Date/Application * My client has been awarded the project and are due to commence on site at the end of November/first week of December. We are starting the process a few weeks early so please bare this in mind with your application. * An MS Teams Interview will be conducted in the first instance Rate * £280-£290pd - CIS Umbrella or PAYE Umbrella
