Description
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and address areas for improvement
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management
- Provide training and guidance to staff on CI practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Profile
A successful CI Manager should have:
- An academic background in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
