Expeditor
: Act as the liaison between the kitchen and the front of house, ensuring
timely
and
accurate
delivery of dishes to the dining area. Inspect plates for presentation, accuracy, and adherence to
established
standards before they leave the kitchen. Maintain constant communication with kitchen staff,
waiters
, and management to
facilitate
a smooth flow of orders. Coordinate the timing of dishes to ensure that they are served in the proper sequence. Address any issues or discrepancies in orders promptly and professionally, collaborating with kitchen and
FOH
staff to find solutions. Collaborate with
waiters
to communicate any relevant information to guests, such as delays or modifications to their orders. Work
efficiently to minimize waiting times and ensure a positive dining experience for guests. Ensuring there is enough Mis

: Proven experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role within a
similar
restaurant. Excellent organi

ational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control. Effective communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Is able to
lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism. Excellent product knowledge to enhance guest experiences. Proficient and knowledgeable on Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation. Has the right to work in the UK.
