Our client, a leading professional body in the healthcare sector, is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join their team. With a focus on promoting safe and high-quality clinical care, the organisation plays a key role in maintaining professional standards and representing the profession in various arenas.
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an improved IT, digital, and data strategy for the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Programme Manager will work to address key challenges and ensure that the IT agenda aligns with wider objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading organisational change as a Programme Manager, particularly in a traditional setting, and will be able to engage with senior clinicians and stakeholders throughout the process. You will also be adept at assembling and leading high-performing teams to deliver IT and business-related change.
In addition, candidates should have experience working with in-house teams and integrating programmes into existing structures. Budget management experience is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
