Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily on-site operations and coordinating the workforce
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Managing health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Hands-on involvement in carpentry work when necessary, supporting the team
• Problem-solving and providing leadership to ensure challenges are swiftly addressed

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman in high-end residential projects
• Strong background in carpentry (essential)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
