The Role As the Lead Contract Support, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * Lead a team to deliver against contract KPI’s & SLA’s * Raising PO’s, quoting, ordering parts, scheduling reactive and planned jobs to the engineer’s, updating the client on job progression and more. * Overall responsibility for all billing on the contract including the preparation and agreement of billing applications * Gaining thorough knowledge of the contract including contract scope to ensure costs are correctly allocated What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Lead Contract Support, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * The ideal candidate will have experience working on a CAFM system or in-house software and being efficient with MS programmes. * A strong understanding of finance * Understanding hard service, reactive and extra works jobs build up to invoicing.
