Senior Business Development Manager

Senior Business Development Manager Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or London- Hybrid We are looking to recruit a senior role responsible for the global strategic development of all BD activity for a rapidly expanding sector of this leading International Professional services firm. You will be responsible for: •Devising and delivering a practical BD strategy for developing global business. This strategy will comprise international business development, marketing and communications activity which deliveron the business priorities of revenue generation, profile development and opportunity realisation •Lead the annual budget proposal process to fund the components of your marketing plan; evaluate efficiencies, track spend against budget allocation, measure and report on return on investment •Project manage sector bids and panel pitches - Working with the central key client team, provide strategic input to the management of sector opportunities with global and regional Key Clients •Supervise and guide the development of high quality materials for the sector •Lead the management and implementation of campaigns •Support the Head of BD with team management performance, learning and development •Working with the Sector Leader, devise global strategy and share expertise and best practice to develop sector teams' understanding of Group's approach to business development Experience Required •Relevant degree and/or professionally recognised qualification or equivalent •Relevant experience in a legal, professional services environment •Demonstrates a deep understanding of BD strategy in a global professional services organisation •Experience of delivering cross-border business development and campaigns , working with international BD staff is essential Don’t meet every single requirement?
