We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition to join our executive team and drive the people strategy that will fuel our continued growth and success.Position Overview: As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the HR function across all our businesses, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the conglomerate’s overall business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Your primary mission will be to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our diverse industries, ensuring that we have the human capital necessary to achieve our strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support the business objectives of each sector within the conglomerate, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and management.Partner with executive leadership to shape and implement workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.Talent Acquisition:Lead the development and execution of innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals across various industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, and others.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent that meets the conglomerate's current and future needs.Foster relationships with key industry networks, academic institutions, and other talent sources to ensure a steady influx of high-quality candidates.Culture and Employee Engagement:Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all business units.Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a diverse and representative workforce.Performance Management and Development:Implement robust performance management systems to drive accountability and excellence.Champion leadership development and training programs to build a pipeline of future leaders within the conglomerate.Ensure that all employees have access to career development opportunities that support their growth and the company's goals.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations across the various sectors and geographies in which the conglomerate operates.Develop and oversee policies and procedures that mitigate HR-related risks while promoting best practices across the organization.HR Operations:Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, HRIS, and employee relations, ensuring that these functions are efficient, effective, and aligned with the conglomerate’s strategic objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
