Sales Advisor (eCommerce)

Location : Liverpool Salary : £27,000 (Dependent on Experience) Job Type : Full-Time, Onsite My client based in Liverpool is on the lookout for a Sales Advisor with an eCommerce background. Key Responsibilities : Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and LiveChat. Provide accurate sales quotations, stock information, and product advice promptly. Manage the entire customer journey, collaborating with suppliers to offer updates and solutions. Proactively follow up on inquiries and quotations, addressing customer concerns by coordinating with suppliers. Efficiently process a high volume of orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements : Willingness to learn and apply knowledge across a wide product range under the Trade Gear brand. Strong customer service skills with a proven track record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills, maintaining accurate records in our booking system. A calm, problem-solving mindset with a genuine passion for sales and customer service. Bonus Skills : A passion for helping customers and finding effective solutions. Previous experience in phone or online-based sales or customer service. Experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus.
