IT Project Manager (NetSuite) - 6 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with proven NetSuite implementation experience to join our client on an initial 6-month freelance contract (outside IR35).

This role will play a pivotal part in driving the successful deployment and integration of NetSuite solutions across the organization.

You will be based in London, with the flexibility to work remotely, and required to attend on-site meetings up to 2 days per week initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Manage risks, issues, and changes in a proactive manner to keep projects on track
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards throughout the implementation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in NetSuite ERP implementation (minimum 2 projects)
• Strong background in IT project management with a deep understanding of project lifecycles
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Contract term: initial 6 month contract

Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days on-site in London)

IR35 status: outside

Rate: up to circa £650 per day
