2-3 PQE - Property Solicitor (Lease Extensions & Leasehold Enfranchisement)£50,000 - £60,000 London, UK A reputable and modern firm based just outside of central London and recognised as a leading firm in their field is looking for a strong Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Lease Extension and Enfranchisement team. This busy role would allow you to develop a specialism in a highly desirable area of law, with a good variety of litigated and transactional matters. Responsibilities: Assisting clients in lease extension, enfranchisement, right to manage, and service charge dispute matters, both litigated and transactional. Representing clients in first-tier property tribunals, both in initial applications and in attendance. Assisting senior Solicitors and Partners in complex matters. Research appropriate case law and technical and legal precedents to progress matters. Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients. Assist with marketing and the development of the team. Skills and Experience: Experience managing a caseload of Lease Extension matters, ideally with exposure to some Enfranchisement matters. UK qualified Solicitor ideally with 2-3 PQE, but with other levels considered. Keen interest in personal development, marketing, and business development. Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
