Sous Chef – Contract Caterer   £35k + benefits   Monday to Friday, weekly rotation 7am – 3pm & 11am – 7pm + 1 weekend in 4 Permanent Contract Slough Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Sous Chef.   The successful Sous Chef will be responsible for;  Managing all stations of the kitchen ensuring that all hot & cold foods produced are to the companies high standards Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices & food safety Managing stock levels Support back office functions were needed Completing admin functions where needed Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, weekly rotation 7am – 3pm & 11am – 7pm + 1 weekend in 4 This is a phenomenal contract caterer offering sound career progression and a fun, professional working environment.
