Investigate & Resolve: Dive into daily 1st line support cases, conducting initial investigations and resolving routine technical issues to keep our customers' systems running smoothly. Manage & Update: Stay on top of your cases by regularly updating tickets according to their status, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Escalate When Needed: For more complex issues, you'll escalate cases to upper-tier engineers or vendors, providing detailed notes to ensure a seamless handover. But get your notebook ready to ensure you never stop learning. Client Communication: Answer incoming calls from clients, efficiently logging support cases using the ServiceNow system to maintain high availability. You are the guardian of our support team, ensuring incredible customer service. Build Knowledge: Contribute to our knowledge base by creating helpful content, empowering others with the information they need to succeed. This could be documents, videos or even pictures. Top-Notch Communicator: You've got excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, ensuring our Partners receive world-class customer service every time. Fast Learner: You're quick to pick up new software, mastering both customer and internal platforms to crush it in your role. Experience in Dynamics Business Central is preferred. Detail-Oriented: Your eagle eye for detail ensures that every update and fix you deliver is spot-on and keeps our customers happy.
