You will be involved in financings relating to real estate sectors such as commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and care facilities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with strong technical skills in finance work, experience with Loan Market Association agreements, and a working knowledge of lender and borrower requirements.
