Property Project Manager6 months contract (Outside IR35, up to £425 per day)Hybrid work model (Base will be Leeds/York with some travel to Manchester)We are currently working with a client who plays a vital role in the north of England by connecting tens of thousands of people to work, leisure, education, and more every day. They now require the support of a Property Project Manager to drive development and delivery of a major Business Plan project.You will robustly manage the delivery of two new training academies in Leeds and Manchester. The role holder will develop and maintain a full and detailed project plan and ensure that internal and external stakeholders are consulted with to ensure that all works are coordinated, controlled and delivered in a safe and efficient manner.You will also provide detailed reports and information relating to all Projects. Responsible for reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders, and for reviewing, consulting and agreeing contract or scheme changes.The project is currently progressing through site / building acquisition and team formation via a professional services procurement exercise.Skills & Experience:Lead the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, ensuring these are signed off in stage gate reviews.Experience delivering large scale AHU, Chiller, VRV, VRF, Boiler and ventilation projects.Lead the planning and communication of project timelines, highlighting changes to baseline.Produce regular status reports including risks and issues. Escalate when required.Management of Professional Services teams and their outputs.Support procurement of and Supervise Professional Services Teams in the appraisal and/or feasibility studies and detailed designs for statutory consents approvals.Assist with all procurement and tendering activities with support of the programme manager and procurement team for Construction and Fit Out Services.Ensure Consultation of the designs internally with all relevant Departments and ensure sign off of all designs.Oversee all Statutory Consents Process and Procedures including Planning, Listed Building Consents, Building Control etc.We’ve been supporting interims within change and transformation for close to 18 years.
