Multi traders in the social housing sector - Enfield Based  Responsibilities for the Multi Trader role: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Ideally we are looking for multi trader candidates who are confident in both plumbing and carpentry maintenance repairs.  Van and fuel card are provided 42.5 hour working week Up to £44k per year  Working for a well known social housing outfit with properties across the whole of the UK - this patch would be covering within a close proximity of Enfield.
