Customer Support Advisor - Redruth - Permanent role - 26K
The role is working shifts which are advised well in advance.
4 on 4 off shifts - Between 8 - 8 days or nights - All office based
A great opportunity for a role in Customer services with a Global Company. As part of a customer service team, you will be working to support all customer enquiries both over the phone or via email. This is a great opportunity to work as part of this friendly team, providing support on product, service and billing enquiries.
Duties
First point of contact for all customers responding to customer enquiries quickly and efficiently ensuring five-star customer service.
Making sure each call/email is logged correctly and clearly.
Chasing cases and escalating issues to relevant departments/on call engineers where necessary (and in consultation with Shift Supervisor) and following each issue to conclusion.
Assist with monthly customer surveys
Process sales orders for prepaid airtime cards for agreed customers
Investigate alarms, issue outage reports, act on high usage alerts and resolving any and all service issues. Whether network or remote customer related
Skills required
Ability to work shifts
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Confident and clear Telephone manner
To be able to achieve SC security clearance -you will need to have lived in the UK for 5 years or longer
Good IT skills
