Senior Project Engineer

Elevation recruitment group are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to further strengthen their growing engineering & projects division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background in project management, cradle to grave delivery and a strong engineering background to be at the forefront of multi million pound investments across a fast paced site.About the Role: As Senior Project Engineer you will be:Identify areas for continuous improvement across the site, aiming to increase production volumes whilst maintaining site safety standardsResponsible for leading and delivery on key CAPITAL projects from cradle to graveDeliver and lead the project strategy across projects engineers and cross functional leadership teamsUtilise extensive Project Management experience within manufacturing to support everything from initial overview, design, delivery and documentation considering a range of factors related to FMCG / high volume sitesManage project contractors, review RAMS and issue PTW'sRegularly update both internal and external stakeholdersResponsibilities: To be considered for the Senior Project Engineer you will need:HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineeringPrevious experience in FMCG or Food would be desirable but not essential should you have a strong projects background5+ years projects experiencePrince2 or equivalent is highly desirableElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with engineering, technical and operational positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
