Senior Java Engineer (~10+ YOE) - Systematic Quant Fund - London - Up to £275k TCOverview:Work in a small, collaborative, London-based engineering team, building highly distributed, memory-sensitive trading infrastructure using Java.The firm has built a team combining experience from Big Tech, Gaming, and Trading industries to work collaboratively designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems for Algo Trading. Previous finance experience is not required, but if you work on technically demanding systems where optimising performance is key, then you could be a good fit for this position.The firm offers flexible working and high-impact opportunities, ensuring each engineer feels like a key part of the team and has significant scope for learning, progression, and is compensated well above market rate.Role: You will be joining an elite team of Java Engineers, including experts in JVM internals and performance optimisation.
