Welder Fabricator

Location: Chester Employment Type: On going Monday to Thursday 7AM - 16 PM Friday 7AM to 12 in the afternoon We are currently seeking experienced and talented Fabricators to join our impressive, modern facility immediately. Key Responsibilities: * Fabricate bespoke steel components in a heavy engineering environment. * Heavy lifting will be involved * Utilize various workshop tools and machinery to achieve high-quality results. * Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications to build parts and assemblies. * Perform precise welding, cutting, shaping, and drilling. * Measure and mark out materials accurately. * Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 of experience as a Fabricator. * Proficient in welding, drilling, tapping, and cutting. * Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and work independently. * Ideally apprentice trained or possess relevant qualifications. * Experience operating fabrication machinery. * Proven experience in the heavy steel industry, particularly with large structures (e.g., bridges, staircases).
