SiteMaintenance Engineer - Brentwood Community Hospital Call Out Rota - 1 in 2 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to carry out the PPM and Reactive activities in accordance with our contractual agreements on a site in Brentwood The Successful candidate will have: Strong Electrical Maintenance experience Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities Duties & Responsibilities: Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant Generators - visual checks Water temps and cooling tower Lamp changes Hours of work: Monday to Friday Key Skills and Qualifications C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation 18th edition certificate TPBN1_UKTJ
