In this role, you will play a key part in manging our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all purchase ledger transactions. The accounts payable supervisor will have the opportunity to drive the new ERP implementation and contribute to the overall success of our finance department. Key Tasks: Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable process Manage the accounts payable team and oversee the day-to-day operations Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable. Review of supplier statement reconciliations, highlighting any areas of concern and taking action to resolve issues. Maintaining accurate supplier information Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as HMRC regulations Assist with external audits and provide documentation and support as needed Lead to ERP implementation for accounts payable Processing of supplier credit notes Note This job description will be subject to review in the light of changing circumstances and may include other duties and responsibilities as determined in consultation with the jobholder.
