Senior Vice President - Strategy, Performance and Technology London based - 3 days a week in the office We are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our Performance Improvement team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with healthy, underperforming, and distressed companies across various urgent and high-impact situations, delivering significant improvements in business performance and enterprise value. Work with clients across industries, focusing on profit improvement , topline growth , operating model transformation , organizational effectiveness , digital enablement , and M&A . Collaborate with top-tier telecom operators , global technology players , media companies , and private equity firms , among others. Leverage your deep industry knowledge in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) to drive value creation for clients. Extensive industry experience within the Telco, Media, or Technology sectors, ideally across multiple disciplines. Operating model transformation Digital enablement Strong leadership skills with experience leading complex projects. Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and financial literacy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentation skills. Master’s degree and/or an MBA preferred. 30% bonus
