End DateFriday 01 November 2024Salary Range93,908 - 110,480We support flexible working – click here for more information on flexible working optionsFlexible Working OptionsHybrid WorkingJob Description Summary.Job DescriptionJOB TITLE:Senior Technology Delivery ManagerSALARY: 93,908 - 110,480 per annumLOCATION:LondonHOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per weekWORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sitesABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYOur Consumer Services & Engagement lab (CS&E) is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to drive effective coordination and integration of delivery of technical components that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Labs and third parties.As a TDM you would model a desire to develop your skills and experience, create space to learn and collaborate, demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and confidence.You’ll understand, embrace and be able to select with confidence the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change. You should strive to build relationships across role communities, change teams and business areas to maximise opportunities for continuous improvement through shared learnings.A bit more about what you’ll do:Use your technical expertise to develop the sequence for technical integration related tasks in collaboration with the Product Owners and Engineering Leads and aligned to the Lab backlog.Cataloguing and leading technology dependencies between the lab and other teams.Coordinating the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe); leading on the Service Introduction process, coordinating parties to deliver value for customers.Working with colleagues outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable delivery at pace, including how to consume infrastructure components provided by other platforms or (within Enabling Platforms) how to make the products delivered by the Labs consumable in a self-served mannerIdentifying blockers to delivery by proactively monitoring, trouble shooting and diagnosing technical issues, raising to product owner(s) / lab leadership where required.Acting as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business colleagues supporting the management of delivery business critical programmes.Running complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.Providing expertise for governance activities request for the safe delivery of change to customers.Enabling the delivery of technology risk and control improvements.ABOUT US We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good.
