The Grand Central is one of Brightons best pubs with a secret roof terrace, busy function room and TVs showing live sports. Situated a step-away from Brighton station we offer craft food that matches our vast range of craft beer. We are extremely proud of also being a reputable home hub for Brighton & Hove Albion football supporters.
We are a dedicated and passionate set of people who have a wealth of experience and are looking forward to finding the right person to complete our small kitchen team and we would love to speak to people with a minimum
experience
of Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate would be happy to help with any tasks such as cleaning and prepping as well as being able to run a lunch shift by themselves.
Some of the key times we are looking for availability is Wednesday to Friday lunch time and Saturday and Sunday afternoon and evenings.
