Role Overview:
As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised Salesforce applications that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, the ability to manage a team, and a passion for driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and create robust, scalable solutions.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Oversee the configuration and customisation of Salesforce CRM to meet the specific needs of the logistics operations.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong track record of leading successful Salesforce projects.
- Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and logistics industry challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
