What You'll Do This is a full-time role for a National Sales Manager for our Respiratory portfolio, where you will be responsible for growing our business across target areas of theatres and critical care. You will be responsible for a growing team of Territory Managers on a day-today basis. The role requires at least two field visits, to each region, every month. Increase sales in the respiratory division across the UK. Present business plans and budgets to Sales Director with ideas to grow, motivate and nurture current Territory Managers. Represent, and promote, the Respiratory portfolio of products using professional selling and negotiation skills to drive demand in key areas in line with agreed activity levels that follow the market development strategy and that optimise customer satisfaction.    Support implementation of clinical trials using the relevant documentation and appropriate personnel (i.e. Product Managers and Territory Managers); provide feedback on the results to management and marketing outlining the account conversion strategy and provide the relevant personnel with forecasts on the predicted unit volume of the new business and, in line with stock availability, manage customer expectation for the conversion. Analyse monthly sales figures and produce a report that shows performance against budget highlighting any additional actions planned to ensure an on target performance is achieved. Present reports on all previous activity, on-going major project status, competitor activity and clinical advancements which can impact future product development and marketing programs on a monthly basis. Report on all key activities on a weekly basis via the weekly reporting system and maintain the outlook calendar in relation to appointments and follow up plans. Develop, and maintain, the requisite product and market knowledge of the Respiratory portfolio, including the competitor equivalents. Manage key NHS accounts where regions are vacant. Who You Are We believe you're the right fit if you have: Multi-role sales experience with recognised sales or account management training Proven working knowledge of the NHS and private healthcare organisations, including awareness of the various supply routes used The skill to analyse sales data from several sources and manipulate this in Microsoft Excel to identify growth potential on the territory The ability to formulate presentations and present to Key Opinion Leaders or business colleagues as appropriate Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOL's A clinical background (ODP in theaters, clinical in ICU) specifically across airway management or ventilator systems is desirable but not essential IT competent and able to use Microsoft Office Ability to pass and maintain MIA Theatre Access qualification What You'll Get Competitive Salary in accordance with experience and capabilities Pension Company Car Allowance Company performance bonus (paid annually) 33 days Holiday per year (incl Bank Holidays) plus Holiday Trading Scheme Benefits package: Life Assurance (x2), Income protection (50% of salary), Health Cashplan (Medicash), Benefit pot - for spending on additional benefits, which include: Upgrade Health Cash plan, Critical Illness cover, Cycle to work, Tech Benefits, Will Writing, Or add it to your pension pot if not used.
