Our partner is one of Europe's most experienced companies growing, preparing, and manufacturing industrial Hemp. We will launch a range of certified hemp-based products to the UK market in the coming months. Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and experienced marketing manager who is passionate about environmental and sustainable products, specifically in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in managing content creation for websites and social media platforms. You will be responsible for leading the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple products, collaborating closely with our lead marketing agency to support brand and product launches. We'd like to hear from you if you'd like to get involved in all aspects of the business and contribute to a company making a positive environmental impact.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the UK's most environmentally sustainable product collection. Work with the lead marketing agency to create and execute campaigns across various channels.Content Management: You will oversee content production and management for websites, social media, and published materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone. I also work with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling content.Day-to-Day Management: Collaborate with our agency team to support brand and product launches, manage daily operations, ensure seamless coordination, and present clear plans with budget allocation to senior management.Organisational Excellence: Leverage strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.Management Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues, the agency, and customers, understanding their needs to craft tailored marketing strategies.Environmental Focus: MUST show a genuine passion for improving the environment and a commitment to raising awareness and understanding to enhance the UK's built environmeUK'so help both the planet and people.Qualifications:-Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the construction industry or equivalent experience with environmental and sustainable product launches.- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple tasks, reporting, planning, and presenting to senior management.- Experience managing and collaborating with agencies across various products, marketing disciplines, and partnerships.- Experience managing and creating content for websites, social media, and published content.- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong desire to promote innovative environmental solutions.- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.- Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package starting from £40k plus bonuses- Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work.- Professional development and career growth opportunities.- Be part of a company that values environmental sustainability and is making a meaningful difference.How to Apply: Please send your CV to [email protected].
