This will be working in the Hospitality kitchen and previous Education, Fine dining or Contract catering experience is preferred, there is a separate Main kitchen which the successful Hospital Chef will support on a daily basis with the Head Chef

This role would suit an experienced Hospitality Chef or an ambitious and creative Sous Chef looking or their first Head Chef role within an exciting environment.

This role encompasses everything within the daily hospitality and student events as well as Weddings and high end external events. You will be catering for different functions at the same time so good organisational skills are required.
