Quantity Surveyor

Quantity / Senior Quantity Surveyor require for leading principal contractor specialising in multi million pound cladding and repatriation and regeneration contracts across London and the South East. £75 - £85k plus excellent package and flexible working - 3 days on site 2 days working form home. Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for up to 3 live projects based in the North London area. The candidate will work closely with construction and project management to manage and monitor the commercial aspects of delivery of assigned contracts to budget. They will liaise with the Commercial Manager as well as the finance, procurement and estimating teams in order to ensure delivery of budget and financial information. Skills and Qualifications: •Technical – qualified, or nearing completion of, eg AIOB, FIOB, RICS or Degree in surveying and experienced surveyor within construction industry. •CSCS card - visitor’s card or as required by client. •Programme and project management – working knowledge of GANTT charts including interpretation of requirements and tracking of financial information. •MS Excel experience, Competent user MS Word, Microsoft Outlook.. •Working knowledge of MS Project would be useful.
