Financial Analysis and Planning Manager

Senior Group FP&A Manager £615 – 640 per day (inside IR35) 6 Month Contract (potential to be extended or go permanent) Leading International Business Based: Central London hybrid) A high-profile international business (turnover $5bn) is recruiting a Senior Group FP&A Manager for a 6 month interim assignment. You will lead a team and be instrumental in driving effective decision-making at the board level. This will be achieved through the delivery and execution of strategic planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and business performance reporting. In this role, you will lead the preparation of the Group’s monthly financial board reports for the CFO and coordinate this process across the Business Units and Group Finance teams. You will coordinate and prepare the annual budget and provide financial analysis to support the preparation of quarterly results announcements and investor briefings. Additionally, you will constantly strive to improve the quality of analytical tools, reports and models to ensure effective support for executive decision making. You will take ownership of budgeting and long-term planning, including forecasting and working closely with various departments, including Group Strategy. The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant who can demonstrate the ability to work in a large and complex international organisation.
