About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrator to join our team in Felling, Gateshead. Our company specializes in supplying top-notch equipment to the warehouse and logistics industry. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Taking and processing orders efficiently.
Coordination: Organising routes and jobs for engineers.
Communication: Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Record Keeping: Filing all faults and incidents meticulously.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Proven administrative experience.
Communication Skills: Confident and effective phone communication.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Experience with Proteam software is a plus.
Working Hours & Salary:
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £23,800 to £27,500, commensurate with experience.
