Client Services Administrator


Are you ready to be at the heart of a dynamic company, interacting with everyone and making a real impact? We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our client to coordinate key administrative tasks across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management.


About the Role


As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients have a seamless experience from the moment they join. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Client Acquisition: Efficiently gather and manage financial information from third parties, ensure all documentation is complete and up to date, and support clients through the onboarding process.
  • Client Liaison: Prepare meeting packs, manage DocuSign documents, process applications, and handle client queries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Clerical Duties: Provide essential support to colleagues, assist with reception duties, and maintain a tidy and presentable office environment.


What They're Looking For


Our client value technical competence, organisational skills, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:


  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients.
  • A keen eye for detail and high ethical standards.
  • The ability to diligently follow through on tasks to completion.


Experience in the financial advice profession is essential and familiarity with CURO or Transact platforms are a real bonus. Our client supports career progression, so whether you aspire to become a Paraplanner, Financial Adviser, or pursue other paths they would be able to support your progression.
