Management Accountant

Management Accountant – Worksop – Up to £45,000 Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative and growing global food manufacturer who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team. They are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about business partnering the Operational Leadership Team, providing insight to support with business decisions and drive performance.   Benefits include: Bonus scheme Flexible hours Enhanced Pension scheme Private Healthcare plan Study Support if required 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Free onsite parking Management Accountant Responsibilities: Weekly cost centre reporting and cost control meeting with budget holders Reporting actual to standards variances on a weekly basis Month end management accounts, MI reporting, analysis and posting journals for accruals and prepayments Business Partner the Head of Operations and the wider SLT, providing strategic operational support Be the main point of contract for the operational team members for standards, costings, ad-hoc queries Support with the compilation of the annual budget and rolling forecast Monthly commercial reporting and reforecasting process Sales and margin analysis on a monthly basis Provide cover for the Head of Finance and Controlling when required Help drive best practice in terms of processes, controls and reporting within the department Drive efficiencies in the factory and manage capex projects Required Skills & Experience: Management accounts and business partnering experience in a manufacturing or similar environment IT Literate including excel and ERP systems An inquisitive mind, and someone who wants to understand why the numbers are as they are and drive performance Drive for results, ability to set own agenda and perform to it Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills with all levels, to seek and deliver complex data  If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Management Accountant opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
